These Terms of Service govern your use of the Shushan Global website and commercial settlement coordination services. Shushan Global operates as a commercial settlement facilitator assisting clients with cross-border supplier payments, currency exchange, and digital asset conversions on an individually agreed quote basis.

2. Quotations & Transaction Execution

All transaction rates, applicable fees, and settlement terms are communicated and mutually confirmed directly via WhatsApp or official communications prior to execution:

• Rates quoted via WhatsApp are valid for a specified confirmation window due to market volatility.
• Transactions are executed only upon verified receipt of initial funds through designated settlement accounts.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that beneficiary account details (including Chinese bank, Alipay/WeChat, or wire routing) are completely accurate.

3. Lawful Use & Compliance

Clients agree to utilize our facilitation services strictly for legitimate commercial, educational, personal, or import trade purposes. We reserve the right to decline any transaction that fails anti-money laundering (AML) or fraud prevention screening.

4. Disclaimer of Advisory Services

Shushan Global does not provide speculative investment, tax, or financial advisory services. Currency conversions and digital asset transactions are executed strictly upon client instructions.
